Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website, products or services of Argentron Technologies (“Argentron”, “we”, “us”), including SIGMAEO, SigmaDSA and BricksDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Argentron provides AI products and custom AI agent development and deployment services. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time to improve our offerings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Misuse AI outputs in violation of applicable laws or third-party model policies.

The Argentron brand, website, products and underlying technology are owned by Argentron Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. Custom deliverables and ownership terms for client engagements are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Our products and agents may rely on third-party services and large language models. Your use of those components may be subject to their respective terms. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on them for important decisions.

Paid products and services are billed as described at purchase or in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentron is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Baraut, Uttar Pradesh. For questions about these Terms, contact admin@argentrontech.com.
